My name is Tülay McNally Tetiker, and I am deeply passionate about integrating inclusive design thinking into the core of product development. I believe that designing for inclusion goes beyond products—it is also about how we lead, how we build cultures, and how we create organisations where people can thrive.
As a consultant, I specialise in inclusive leadership and studio culture transformation—guiding organisations through shifts that embed equity, belonging, and cultural intelligence in their DNA. With a background in organisation design and transformation, I support leaders and teams reimagining structures, practices, and mindsets to create environments where innovation can flourish.
As an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I bring a balance of strategic insight and empathetic coaching to my work. These qualifications reflect my commitment to professional excellence in leadership development, mentoring, and culture building.
